K.Set - Girls. Dreams. Fun. The City.

What's good, people?? It's been just over a year since I dropped my first tape titled "Tape Before The Tape". This is my second offering and in this project, I tried to capture random thoughts and conversations my friends and I would have riding around the city in the middle of the night and put it in the music. There's songs to jam to, there's lyricism, there's storytelling. Do listen and tell me what you think.

PrimeEzy - Elev8e mixtape

Elev8e is the first full project I ever put together, and so I wanted to make sure that it sounds different from all the mixtapes I had been producing for other artists in my city. Inspired by the likes of Kid Cudi, Kanye West, Rocky Fresh, School Boy Q and more, I managed to take my favourite artists styles of beats and composed raps that complement the beats while talking about my life and everything that's happening around it... Just a young dude from the city of roses who had the picture of life perfectly painted, but met the wrong people along the way who added filters and ended up with a messed up vision, so he had to fly to another planet to start fresh. Enjoy!

K.Set - Tape Before The Tape

Check out my first mixtape titled "Tape Before The Tape"

This tape actually precedes my first official mixtape that I'm still yet to drop, hence it's title. The idea behind doing this tape was to just get people listening to the boy because I realised a lot of people still don't know me. I used a few samples and instrumentals you might be familiar with on this tape, but I still tried to be as creative as possible with them. This is something you guys can enjoy while you wait for the official mixtape.
